Cancellations & Prepayment: Policies vary depending on your booking type. Please check the conditions of your selected option.

Damage Policy: Any damage occurring during your stay may incur a fee of up to NZD 350 after check-out.

Children & Beds: Children of all ages are welcome. Guests 18 years and older are charged as adults. Cribs and extra beds are not available.
