Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation with your stay details.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
